If you don't select douse fire in the GUI it will ignore them. if you do douse fires zoom out so it can see fires

It's impossible to get banned that quick, unless you botted before and it's a delayed bann. Even if you would start a fresh f2p acc and bot from scratch you will end up with a few days.
