I didn't add those in because the bann rate on thoser are extremely high while doing agility, you are better off stun alching for 15 min than alching for 1h while doing agility tbh

Always make sure to use mirror mode. Use a lot of break to break certain patterns ^^ and change skills once in a while, helps a lot too
