No, you will always need a teleport option It also requires banking and food

Because the same rules apply for services nowadays, runelite has added anticheat mechanics recently that knows when a mouse is being controled by another app , for exmaple macro recorder, teamviewer, anydesk, ... you name it So you risk something either way
