Just type it in your search bar if windows and it will pop up right away, if not you will need to install it though jagex launcher, you also have to update it through jagex launcher every time the game updates (like once a week usually on monday)

Read the text when you start the client, run the OSClient.exe on your pc, if you do not have it, install it through jagex launcher (Bolt might work aswell)

Java client got shutdown after it got nuked by Jagex, so that application is dead and end of lifetime. Starting to use their official client to bot on is the future as ban rates are far below average to zero at this point. It's only the start of a new era ;) Everything has to be developed from scratch, Client and Scripts.

Becoming an OSBot ScripterWe’re always looking for people who are interested in scripting for OSBot. Our current scripts are written in Rust, so experience with Rust is very helpful. But if you’re a bit comfortable with other languages (Java, C++, Python, etc.) and are willing to learn, that works too!
