It's not an issue, that's just user error with your setup... Told you the solution before 😉 I'm not sure what you think the solution was on this part, but you will actually ALWAYS need a drop task if you want to get rid of it. Others will not care and will never care about it. That's how it's designed and how it will be -

Well can't do much about that. There should be 0 reason why it used those teleports so quickly

Well I guess it had some bad luck pathing and ran into a npc or something. Hard to control when the webwalker is running around
