That's probably because you are using npc.interact() instead of npc.interact("yourAction")? might wanna share some of your code to see what's going on for you and what exactly you are trying to do, as this sounds as a code issue

No idea, inventory open or closed does not matter to recognize items in there. Grab a screenshot when it's stuck like this when you catch it plz

Took me about 2 weeks and I did it the first day possible, like a few days later there were already 50000 tickets more so I assume it's going to take a huge time for them to catch up
