I bought like a month ago a account from cinnamon but after 1 week it got locked by jagex and he said that i should contact simon the original owner he bought it from so he was reselling now the account got locked agian today and they are both not responding my question is : What is the next step? ? who is responsible? ? Can i ask for a refund? ?
