Nobody can offer definitive proof as to the time to be banned when flagged and that is why it is a conspiracy. From the stuff you have posted then I would say the normal time it takes for an account to get banned for you.

What? You have a static IP but every time you get banned you change the MAC address? That sentence is just "wat?". You cannot change a MAC unless you swap hardware out or use a masking program. Even then it DOES NOT even matter if you change the MAC because that information is not transmitted across level 3 based on the APSTNDP OSI model. Now to put on my tin-foil hat of conspiracy, it is said that JaGeX will flag an account and then flag the IP's used with that account and then chain flag any accounts under the same IP. Based on what you are saying and the information you give, it seems you are doing it wrong. In order to no longer get banned you need to drop all the accounts and start fresh with a new IP (not MAC Address lol)

I say when we play legit we should do it on the "botting worlds". Although they normally give 1 day bans because back in like 2009 a kid did it on video and NOBODY was in the world. He posted a video after that a couple days later and stated he got a 1 day ban for "bug abuse".

VPS is more of a convenience type of deal. I have a botting vps because I have shotty internet connection and it is easier for me to just set up the bot on there and not have to worry about a DC. VPN is making it look like your connection is coming in from somewhere else. You would use a VPN only for botting and never legit play if you wanted to say "Look at the IP's, my account was hacked when it botted! I swear I never knew anything!!!" The only legit way to never be banned is to play by hand. The other ways to not get banned are: Do not play more than 16 hours in a day. Allow for AT MINIMUM 4 hours of total break time and 4 hours of "sleep". Do not bot rock crabs or other places like that. Admins go there and just manual ban because it is obvious.
