I Wrote on their support live chat, telling them that some of the accounts were banned (prior to me logging on) and some logins did not work at all. I got no response within 2 hours. The dispute on PayPal was for "Items not as described", Which is exactly what this was. EDIT: I closed the dispute, but apparently that was the only way to get their attention.
