The email system doesn't work because Kati turned it off or the server doesn't allows emails. You will have to manually contact the admins to get a new password.

There is usually a staff in the chat from what I've seen. I usually see Kati, Raf, or Smart in there. Kati is always afk of course.

The RuneScape section needs a general discussion sections where we can just talk about places to train, etc, which are not related to the current categories.
