He can apply if he wishes to return. We are now waiting for the response from jagex. If it gets denied you have to refund the user!

I went ahead and banned @Impassive as he failed to response within the given time frame. After going multiple times close through all details of the provided informations, is @extraenigma responsible as he is the original owner and the only one able to recover the account. You can either help to recover the account or refund @Mistamo with an amount and payment method you both agree on.

We are aware of this users posts and took the necessary actions against him. Thank you for the report ^_^

You say that you have not been online on osbot or skype because you don't play runescape anymore? Your profile on osbot says something else. Don't lie. Also to quote @Mistamo "I tried recovering the account myself, just to see if I could. Take into mind, extraenigma declined to give me any information for the account at all." So chances are high that @Impassive has no information about the account either. Tell me, how shall someone recover the account if he does not have the needed information of the original owner?

Not sure what this is about. Feel free to open a dispute if it is about anything against the rules of osbot. If not, i don't see a reason for posting someones IP.

(Mods can see it though) I have contaced @extraenigma & @Impassive to take a stand on this dispute. They have 24hours to do so. I have also placed the users in the trade with caution user group to prevent further scamming.
