You could splash in pvp worlds If you don't know what splashing is: -> you wear full metal gear and d hide vambs for a negativ magic bonus. You won't hit anything but gain magic exp. This method is 100% afk able. For the best methods i would recommend you to google it or take a look at the runescape forums.
