Well that was handled poorly on your end. Have been in a very similiar situation, I stayed on the highway while on the phone with police. The driver kept cutting me off and slamming on his brakes as an attempt to get me to come to a complete stop, at which point I would just drive around him and continue on while stalling. However I did stop just to see what he was going to do, and sure enough sprinted out of his vehicle and started slamming my window yelling at me to get out. I started laughing which was apparently the wrong thing to do because he went psycho and started stomping my door. I then drove off finally the cops caught up with us and pulled him over. He got royally fucked by the courts and paid me over $1500 in non-existant damages. It also helped that when sentencing he turned and looked at me, and I put a huge shit eating grin on my face and he lost his fucking mind and tried charging me. Bi-Polar is one hell of an issue
