Have you seen the ACP

It's not as simple as that. To change it you need access the the ACP. And you can't just give every mod access the the ACP. Besides, it's not like there's a little switch your have to press. It's a bit more difficult than that to change. I'm sure the mods could learn, but in the end I just don't think it's a big deal. Even when it's switched to offline, threads are still posted
