I got 99 fming on an account with khal wintertodt. If you search this forum there is many tips that will help you reduce bans, unfortunately it'll probably just be trial and error until you figure out good strategies. Not many people will want to tell you their strategies besides the obvious basics. Good luck

It still just idles when i get to level 15, I manually got to level 16 then it rotated fine. Could this be an issue with my settings?

Do you remember that old bot factory script? went from tut island>chickens 1-10>get 7 qp>1-40 cows>flesh crawlers. Would probably take awhile but would be a good contribution

Sounds like a RAT ( Remote Admin Tool), as the name suggests he would have remote access to your computer. Probably from one of the random Exe you downloaded from the private servers. I have seens RATs have runescape specific tools where they are able to log your bank pin, the program is able to tell when you enter the bank pin screen and takes screenshots or screen records and sends back to the host. I would just back up all your important stuff and do a factory reset of your computer to make sure it's gone, as it can go undetectable by anti-virus especially if the owner keeps updating it.

I've never actually tried adderall where I live it is controlled quite heavily, do you notice any side effects from it? do you buy it online or get it prescribed?
