Okay to clear things up, Billion guaranteed an hour from the point he said 1 hour, and rainykins said not right now. It's not one hour from the time the user decides to accept. If he accepts in the middle of Billion sleeping or studying for exams, he's going to have to wait longer because he didn't accept at the time when Billion offered 1 hour,. Anyways the request has been completed and I'm removing BOTH of the feedbacks and closing the dispute.
