Are you sure you navigated to the correct folder? Make sure you downloaded the latest version since that's the one I used (OSBot 2.3.136.jar)

Try navigating to the folder with the OSBot jar file using comand promt, then type this: java -jar "OSBot 2.3.136.jar" org.osbot.Boot

Unless you want to double your budget, any laptop GPU won't run most current games well, let alone future releases. Also americans make note that this is Austrailia so $100=$70 and stuff is probably more expensive than in the US anyway like it is in Europe.

If you are just playing runescape, getting a dedicated graphics card is a very bad idea. Also more than 8gb of RAM is a waster too, you also won't need more than an i5-high end i3 CPU. Ignore the idiots, that i3 is perfectly fine. That cpu actually beats most laptop i5s. i3, i5, i7 doesn't really mean very much, it's all just marketing. That IPS panel is really nice too. You can't really game on a £400 laptop so getting a dedicated GPU isn't important since it's going to be shit anyway. Get 8GB of RAM and I say it's worth it.

It wouldn't be a good idea to combine the points because they aren't really relative. enchantment points are worth roughly 10x less than the other types and are gained about 10x faster. Enchantment is also a bit more popular since it's the best method for fast xp, this means that if I combine it, the vast majority of the points would just be enchantment points. No animation, it needs to be a png file.
