Staking and knowing you will never lose. Also good account to make into almost whatever type of main / staker you want. You can get huge stakes from range pures that think they'll win and even stake combats around 15-20 levels higher then your own. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sG7vJQf-GMM

Yeah friend of mine was botting yews and there was only around 2-3 other bots around him. Then he checked again and there was like 50 bots randomly there.

I've only made strength pures and obby tanks my whole time I've played runescape. If you really just want to hit more frequently get 5 attack. Since you're an obby tank I wouldn't say go over 5 unless you're getting 20 and you're keeping your defence level under 60 for d boots. You can easily swap the rune boots out for climbers if you like for the extra str bonus a bit but I'd say 5 or 20 attack.
