Moderators can't even view appeals for warns/infractions as we can't remove them. Administrators have to do it. Therefore from now on every appeal will be handled by an admin

Pictures don't prove anything. They don't have his skype email, only his display name. Also he didn't vouch you back, therefore we can't tell you if it was actually him. Unless he pm'd you his skype, and you can take a picture with the whole convo and his skype address showing. There is no way to prove it is him.
