A Blast Furnace dedicated clan chat asked me to make them a little track. Here's what I threw together in about 45 minutes. Nothing special, runs pretty hard if you have a subwoofer though. I played it whilst getting drunk around a garden table with about 8 people on my mates 21st birthday. Pretty hilarious. I'll get his parents to join in one day. Agreed though, not even gonna bother seeing what it's like on my own.

I find that quick sets of about 10 chin ups, pull ups, sit ups, dead lifts and squats two or three times a day keeps you in fine shape. It works all of the major core and movement muscles and won't take any longer than 5 minutes, and you don't necessarily have to do them straight after each other. Gradually work these sets up higher from 10 as you feel like you're ready for it and try to eat as much meat as you can. Just remember the harder you work, the better your results. ~Benz

And for that reason flaming can still be forbidden. It could be restricted to disallow those who are registered as under 18 from entering it. Those who attempt to make a new account to bypass this 18+ rule would be hit by your 'only one forum account' situation. EDIT: Wasted my 420th on this post so I'm going to add some green.

This forum section would allow all dirty and inappropriate jokes, images of nudity and general posts that would elsewhere result in a punishment. Player safety, for example, posting links that could compromise the integrity of another persons system, or real life threats would obviously still result in a ban. This section would be intended for those who are not easily offended and as such, it should be 18+ and have an 'Are you sure you want to enter the un-moderated section' pop-up. I'm sick of getting warnings for things that others deem inappropriate but I think are acceptable. Discuss. EDIT: Next post is 420th, I'd better get thinking.
