It´s the pattern you used. I´d suggest to not cover all the areas with them as in example this case, it only gives grainy feeling and breaks the shapes and edges of text.

It´s the overlayed layer that changes the color. The pattern all over the sig does not fit it.

Just saying that 50-150$ might be a bit low amount of payment if you want quality design with functional coding.
