If you bot many different things, it's doubtful that you'll get banned. But botting the same thing over and over again 20+ hours a day, is pretty much asking for a ban eventually. Especially in 07, where the bots random solver isn't the greatest.

Decent guide, except the BeeKeeper random is broken. So picking flax can get you banned much easier.
