You can but I doubt it would be very successful, you'd probably lose quite a bit money on the tabs due to them constantly hitting you. also making you eat alot and lose exp/h Unless ofcourse your attack and strength are 90+ each, then you may do as well as a 70 attack/strength with 40+ defence (the numbers i've made are just a guess, maybe you'll get lucky and not be hit but i VERY highly doubt that :p)
