I honestly believe that new year's resolutions are nonsense. You shouldn't be needing new year's resolutions in order to make changes to particular things yourself. We all know nobody lives by them in the end anyway. Just set targets for self-improvement if needed throughout the year, no need to necessarily do this at the beginning of the new year because a lot of people do this by means of 'new year resolutions'. No need to be a sheep and follow the herd .
