The first bug could be caused because the farming script uses some loops which might've messed up the ScriptExecutor. It's a rare bug I'd say. As for the second bug, that's correct. The game filter should be active, does the script not pause when this is not the case?

Make sure to select a FarmingLocation, add FarmingPatches to it. Select a TraversingMethod for it and then add the FarmingLocation to the queue.

My apologies, it seems that I wasn't following the thread anymore and thus missed these messages. The script is currently not on the SDN and I do not have any plans to put it back on there anytime soon.
