You could also just go the easy way out as a starter --> add a sleep timer --> sleep(random(300,1200); between every interaction

The guide is just for scripting basically, wether this is on a mac or a windows pc doesn't matter. Everything stays the same, you have to download the IDE (eclipse) as a mac download instead of windows download. That's all that matters ;)

Yes you can do it on a mac, i'm also scripting on a mac. How long it would take etc totally depends on you.
