Start with waterfall quest. Then get 30 defence on something like al kirad < (idk how to spell it) warriors. get 30-45 att str def at hill giants. 45-60 att str and def at flesh crawlers. 60-70 att str def, at giant spiders.

You can sell it, but you wont get much for just 99 fletching. Make more money doing magic longs.
