1 moderator that is skilled enough can easily manage like 1500 members, if not more. I think it's fine. It was just a day in which we were all just too busy, it can happen sometimes that all of the mods are scheduled. OT: A few extra CBA won't hurt.

The difference between a Global moderator and a Super moderator is bigger than you think. They have more abilities in the CP, not to mention that they have a lot more responsibilities, such as the disputes.

Well it's proven that every human has both female and male gens. I remember some research article I read a long time ago, a few scientists came to the conclussion that for example a male gay person has a lot of female gens, and since every gen has it's own purposes, it could be that there is a gen that influance your sexual preferences. This is not proven though, it's only proven that everyone has both female and male gens. And I must say, I believe that these gens CAN affect your sexual preference, but I don't think that it's the only cause. On a sidenote, I'm not sure if this counts for bi persons at all, since you can only have either X or Y, not both. Do you guys think it has any affection in some way?

I disagree with that. You can't control your feelings nor your enviorment. Someone that is 100% hetero right now could easily turn into a bi or gay in less than a month. It's all about the factors.

I don't really think you can be born as a bi. It has to do with your personal feelings, and hormones could play a role as well. So yes, you could say that it's a transition, and different factors play a role in it, such as the enviorment your in (your personal experiences, friends, etc..), your mindset and your feelings etc. I truly believe that a lot of people are or can be bi, but it all depends on the above said factors. For example, a girl that has a trauma for boys because she was raped when she was young, won't feel comfortable around any boy, but she will probably feel fine with girls. Only this one experience in her life could cause her to turn into a lesbian or bi (bi if she gets help and face her trauma, of course, something that will probably happen on a later stage).

Skype isn't safe at all no, the best protection you can add to your Skype account won't even prevent you from getting hacked, it only helps you getting your account back easily when you're hacked. Nothing can be done against it. -_-
