  15. Are there any errors in the log? (CMD looking button on the top right of the client. Also, I believe you have to buy kCutter.

  18. Hm, I tried disabling it for you, you should have an option to re-enable it in the settings.
  19. It doesn't say you're restricted from PMs on ACP. Can you try again?
