If the pure comes with good skilling stats, I'll pay more. I'm willing to pay good amount, but not overpaying, for both accounts. If it is via PA, I may cover the fees. You can link it to your paypal and all but it won't work. The reason why is because some prepaid mastercards/visa can only be used domestically (in the same country where you got the card from). Thus I'm assuming "before" is from USA, and because osbot's paypal/bank account isn't based in USA but is based in Europe the card won't work. For them to allow such cards they would have to have their paypal be based in USA or whatever country.
