I noticed when I would make/register new accounts on a proxy or vps they would get locked, I resolved this by just making the accounts on my computer and making sure I do tutorials island on them since when I didn't do tutorials island they still would get locked. I have been doing this for ages and haven't had any issues with accounts getting locked since. -

they have no way of getting this information in 07 currently. now if this is rs3 thats a different story
