You need to install the latest version of Java 7 to run the client. Make sure you don't download Java 8, as OSBot cannot run with Java 8

You can always torrent a copy of Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premier. Those are the two that I recommend

Nice work mate! Like jose said, I would reccomend using enums. I know that I hated using them for a bit, but I stuck with them and they have made my life a lot easier

Your IP will most likely be flagged if you get perm banned. I'm not sure if its flagged after a 2 day or not, but I'm pretty sure your IP gets flagged after a perm ban

I don't think that they do. Why would they? Also, how would you know if your IP was unflagged? I don't think JaGeX is calling up their players saying "hey, your IP is unflagged, feel free to bot now!"

I was given a two day before I was given a perm. I think this is SOP for JaGeX

Don't use a Proxy/VPS as that is an instant flag to JaGeX. I would recommend calling up your internet provider and asking for a new IP.
