Firstly I'd like to make it clear that I clearly stated that I did not want him to use a website maker, I used weebly as an example for him and I have evidence of this here: http://gyazo.com/53dfd6e4a2f4fa01a69d87afdd08866f That image points out some key facts to support my argument. The highlighted area shows me specifically reaffirming the fact that he will not be using a website maker (Weebly), he even responded saying "no dw" the next highlighted area of the conversation is Mustafa confirming with me that he will be using HTML for this website. SO from my perspective, I was just told that the site will not be made using an online website maker but instead, will be made from HTML code.. The evidence that the website was made using an online website is firstly at the bottom of the webpage (http://spirosacientgreece.yolasite.com/) where it says " Make a Free Website with Yola" and also in the URL (http://spirosacientgreece.yolasite.com/) where it says "yolasite.com" I ran a quick good search to confirm that Yola is an online website maker and this is what I found: http://gyazo.com/4c80d5550c73f6764c7c3f9122b0dd32 I feel as though the main issue here stems from the fact that the website was created on an online website maker rather than on a scripting program like dreamweaver, the fact that he told me he would be using a a program called live scripter that he paid 60$ for assured to me that he would be making the website from scratch, but when he showed me the first version of the website I began to have questions mainly because it included "Yolasite" everywhere and generally looked as though it had been made with an online website maker. The evidence of him telling me he was using "live scripter" is here: http://gyazo.com/53dfd6e4a2f4fa01a69d87afdd08866f Here are some links of the conversation: 1. http://gyazo.com/dc57724be3da510bdae135af1cfc2eb3 As you can see he is avoiding the fact that I am asking about being able to open the website directly from a notepad file and is instead asking other random questions about the website, he also says about "making the website look sick" and getting a good mark, I would be unable to get a good mark is I submit a site made on an online website maker... 2. http://gyazo.com/608171e865d42c1a92b6b689c1075e14 This is me continuing to ask about the code, he states that "I coded part of it" he then goes on to tell me not to worry and that he will make it amazing, he enforces for me to just leave him to do it. 3. http://gyazo.com/8f90d5788f30a19c97f1b1b210137d17 Continuing straight on from the previous link, you can see me continue to ask about receiving the full HTML code. I even state that if he can give me the full HTML site behind the code then I will pay him 5m 07 GP. I find it weird that he says "I'll find it give me a sec" when surely the code would be right in-front of him as he is making the website? Towards the bottom of this image he tells me to sit down and relax. 4. http://gyazo.com/6b128365781c5b7d18d6d2c52290c711 This image is again a continuation but this time you can see that I clearly stated that I wont pay if he doesn't provide the raw code, yet again he told me not to worry and I replied with "lets hope" because at this stage I was a little skeptical about whether he was writing the code or not. 5. http://gyazo.com/f5080c60af9bffaa555504bc8a125d24 We had a dispute about what he was actually making he told me that the teacher wont look at the raw code, which is pathetic because how would he know? I had to explain to him again what I wanted and I even said that when I open it in notepad I want it to actually work... 6. http://gyazo.com/2bbe19309f41f0ffbfe35f5cb94e031d Continuing on from the last photo, you can see that he didn't even send me a notepad file which lead to more frustration and me saying "send the raw code dude" he then explained that he wanted to make sure he was getting paid, this was fair enough, but I first wanted him to show me part of the code so I knew it was simple enough. I stated that even if he sent me a picture with the code, there would be know way that I could use it unless I chose to type it all out. 7. http://gyazo.com/ad2ab50dd3a9b3b6097ef109ba6d3f22 We then go on to agree that he will show a screenshot of the code if I am able to show my gold on 07, at this time I was at school and was having some issues with getting my hotspot working so I could access RS07. 8. So as you can see then, after all that, the code was 10 lines.... How is it possible for the coding behind this decent website is only 10 lines? Hope my response helps and I will be more then happy to respond to any questions.

He did not make the website as I requested it, at the beginning of our Skype conversation I clearly stated that I did not want him to make the website using any online website makers, I clearly stated that i wanted the website made by using simple HTML on Dreamweaver or Notepad. He went against what I had requested and continued to make the site on an online website maker (yolasite) After sending me progress on the website I was worried about whether he had made it on dreamweaver or not, it became clear to me that he did not use dreamweaver as I could see the name of the website maker at the bottom of the page. I continued to tell him various time that I needed the basic code that was compatible with notepad and dreamweaver, he proceeded to send me a notepad document with the source code used on the online website maker. I saved the notepad file as ".html" and opened it. Nothing came up at all instead of a blank page with some random broken code, I told him this and he insisted that he would give me access to the "control panel" on the website maker site so that I could extract the code from there. I continued to tell him that I needed in in simple HTML so he told me he would start to do so, he did not complete this job of making the website from simple HTML, I stressed this point to him a lot but he seemed to ignore me, throughout the time he spent on the website he told me to "chill out" and that everything will be fine. I clearly stated what I wanted and in the end all he delivered was a website made on a website maker which was not what i wanted, he was also able to provide me with the source code for this site which looked way to confusing and did not even include any of the photos used in the site. I told him how I needed it for a school assignment as well. I have proof to back up my evidence however I am in class currently and am unable to provide it as I have no quick means to screenshot and add it to my appeal. I have provided you with the basis of my response however, I would request that I can re post with me detailed response in around 5 hours time when I am finished from school, this re post will include every bit of information to prove my points, I will be happy to answer any questions as I know that I did not do anything wrong.
