I was just going to buy one anyway :p What should I get.. A new router or modem ? Or both, if it's inexpensive

So like every 3 - 7 minutes my internet cuts out (this happens for like two days in a row, about twice a week,) and when i troubleshoot it tell me to turn off my modem for 10 seconds then turn it back on. I do that then my internet will slow down, then cutout like 10 mins later I talked to my provider and they just say "There's congestion in your area and were working on fixing it" yet they've said that for the past 7 months... Could my modem or router have any effect on my connection? Do you think buying a new modem and router would make my connection not cut out as much Or do you think its strictly my isp? Extra: I've had this router and modem for like 6 years

Ever since I've joined I noticed this. Others, such as @Master Chief, say that the site loads perfectly smooth. Whenever I go to a new page on the site it takes like 3 seconds to load, and it's starting to get annoying. It can't be my internet/computer because everything else loads perfectly fine except for this site. Is it just me, or are others experiencing this. Also, if there is a solution, please share

I have 100+ offsite feedback, if that counts (I'd assume it doesn't) I also allow people to screenshare so they can see my screen, however I don't allow teamviewing because it is too sketchy imo. I also allow middlemen, so if you don't trust me then use a middleman...? Not only that, stay logged in while I'm applying your pin so that way I can't access you account...

I understand that this is a fairly nice community and the admins plan on keeping it this way, however I believe that the censorship should be removed. Although the admins may feel that it is a great idea to keep it, I believe that it should be optional. Just like how RuneScape itself is. We should be able to select whether we want words censored or not. A lot of the community is over the age of 13.. We all use these words in real life and have heard them thousands of times. We don't need to be protected from profanity. We'll be fine.
