No mate, you can splash in what world you ever want, but be sure the NPC you are splashing on also attacks you. Don't safespot the NPC, cause if it doesn't hit you, you will logg out and be sure that the NPC's max hit is 0. Try a chicken or a spider lvl 2

You can buy proxies at the market and can ask them out, since they sell them, they will probably explain you how they work and how you set them up^^
