eventually i reinstalled windows, which fixed the problem for me. so closed for me, but if anyone else still has this problem feel free to discuss here thanks everyone for the help.

I can not seem to figure this one out by myself, tried a clean install, firewall off, cleaned disc, new client and (i think) deleted all old folders. no proxy only vpn on. All help is welcome, and thanks in advance
