Botting tut island is fine if you don't expect the accounts to last too long in my experience. Are the accounts moving to a different ip after tut? That's the only time I've ever gotten locks before Edit: To clarify: they're fine if you're not using a free script that jagex has profiled a bunch

It's very safe as long as you're not trading 1b on a fresh level 3. As long as you're smart you'll never catch a ban

If you're trying to start a farm definitely get proxies, commercial ones are cheap and perfect for what you'll need. I've never botted on a main I wanted to keep so I can't help you past that. Good luck with your botting dude

As long as both ips are from the same country you shouldn't get any bans. Maybe locks like @Nyb said but even those are rare in my experience

Agreed, at a certain point it's just better to run a p2p farm
