What do you mean by "It does not take enough GP before doing again Karamja part"?
Because in all the test scenarios I mapped, even with users with 0 items in their inventory and in the bank, they get enough money to buy everything they need.
Did you test in stealth injection or mirror mode? I have noticed that the vast majority of bugs occur in mirror mode.
