It's a two day ban guys, try to log into RS3 & it'll tell you the time left until you're unbanned. There are numerous botting guides on here, browse the forums a bit.

Go log into RS3, it'll tell you how long you're banned for. Also, it's a 2 day ban not a 1 day ban.

Certain scripts support hopping worlds if a Mod comes near you, but I'm not sure if it actually works. I always check the box though, perhaps it does work.

There are multiple guides on here, but I'll explain in a short summary. Join a clan chat, Mod Marks for an example. Set your private to off, make sure you babysit it for a few minutes every time you run it, and also pause the bot and actually train legit for a few minutes. One last thing, make sure you take breaks. Both of those spots are high ban rates, I'd recommend finding a better spot to train.
