Lmfao i've tried that so many times, and i always feel all confident that i can make it. And then i end up falling asleep for like 3-4 hours cant help it But yeah.. it's a good plan i just never follow through with it

I got the worst issue with this, lol i dont get tired until like 2-3am usually. I know some people will say "try going to bed at like 10" but if i do that, i either can't sleep, or i do sleep, but i wake up at like 3am fully rested, and cant go back to sleep >.> Idk why i cant sleep at normal hours like normal people, ive tried alot Working out before i sleep or do something tiring never helped either. The only time i've ever been able to sleep right is after working for like 10 hours, but i dont have a job now Gotta get my sleeping schedule right before school
