Hello, I was wondering why I'm locked out from select watering for farming?

Also the travel option for astral rune doesn't work. it keeps selecting humidify instead of moonclan teleport.

Hello I'm having a problem at the ourania altar. after doing a couple of runs it idles by the banker until I manually have to select the runes to open the bank.
