In my opinion,nothing is risky if you take breaks. (I break my bots every hour for 1-2 min) I've achieved lots of 99's in offsite services and never got a received,it includes skills like mining,hunter,woodcutting and combat

You need a graphics card for rs3,2007scape can run on a very low end pc too without any problem. Increase your ram,and get a better cpu to run more bots
