There can't exactly be hundreds, and it's not mission impossible to stay on top of the messages either. 10 seconds between each message? This doesn't just go for OSBot inbox, it's for Skype too. When Maxi said he was going to add something for me on Saturday and didn't, and ignored me ever since. It wouldn't take long, but it would probably become repetitive and annoying for them to read the same message over and over that could be easily resolved by just looking around the forums for a solution. As for the last part of the message, Idk.

The admins get tons of messages from newbies asking how to download local scripts or how to download the bot or messages regarding thanks for making OSBot. I'm sure they don't have the time to go through all their messages just to find a legit question, like the one you're talking about. They reply to the staff instantly because most of the time, the staff doesn't have something useless to say. If they were to individually take the time to talk to everybody in the community like you want them to, there would be little to no updates from the mass amounts of spam/questions being asked in their inbox.

Yeah, back when i only had around 15 vouches and I only had VIP, when I tried to deal with specific members that were sponsor who had 0 feedback, they wouldn't go first to me, and their excuse was that they had sponsor.
