Nothing too special about them being Ukrainian based, but, all of account.rs accounts are created in Ukraine. If you get a proxy from there, there's a less likely chance it'll lock the account. Which means Ukraine IP's have some significance over regular proxies.

I would probably say about 6~ or so hours after everyone gets out of office for the weekend. So try starting them at around 7pm EST of the friday

It might seem like a bit of a dumb question, but does jagex link accounts through recovery email? Like if I have 10 accounts, never been on same ip, never interacted with each other, can they still be linked if the accounts all share the same recovery email?

You have to use residentail IP's to create the accounts and do tutorial island on them. After that, you have to let them rest for a little bit, then you can use datacenter IPs for your accounts. Also some proxies don't work even if you had them in the same place.

If you are going to do jugs, I suggest buying 2 proxies for cheap from someone like @D Bolter (2$ Per Proxy), and then buying the accounts in bulk from accounts.rs (7 day+ rested accounts made on a ukranian IP) Put the 8-10 accounts on 1 proxy and your mule account on another. And just collect whenever you can from them (use mule account on 2nd proxy you bought).

What's wrong with 80M a day? With 20~ accounts you should be getting around that much if not more.

For the very first bit of feedback, you could probably just buy some stuff off of people. Like gold or accounts or something. Once you have a bit of rep there try doing services through the request thread using a middleman, so you get feedback through that and people don't have to worry about you scamming. After that, try applying to services once again.
