From what I can tell with experience- most bans come from players hitting that report button OR simple negligence on the botter's part. "Negligence" being bad ips, script errors, botting during jagex hours, botting with multiple accounts on the same ip, botting too much, using free scripts, having bad account names. If it seems like it could help you to not be banned its almost like 80% certain that it will HELP. However the %chance margin may not be that high & it may not be worth it to go through the extra precaution to ensure your accounts don't get banned. I'll give you a tip though, botted f2p accounts are very likely to be banned. Even if you're playing legitly at willows on 3 different accounts & 3 different worlds but on the same ip-you might get banned. People toss around reports like its a hobby, bots plague the game. All the "security system" knows is that some player thinks you're a bot. It probably checks to see what you're doing.. ok this guy is on 3 different accounts at once-instant ban.

9 accounts banned-no botting "Had 4 accounts banned(during the weekend?) both botted and legit play" f2p has a ban rate even if you arent botting, this increases if you have multiple accounts on same ip. Probably increases more when you do things like wc on f2p due to all the bots around. You get thrown in with the rest.

Dear brothers and sisters, stay away from the first few f2p worlds. If you go attack a cow in lumbridge on a level 5 you might get banned. Honestly you get flagged you get banned. I've lost millions on low level accounts just for being in heavily botted areas OR doing heavily botted things.

Not gonna lie guys.. eduardino is harmless as hell compared to the toxic botters that plague runescape. Yea I may be cheating the system but at least I respect it, half of you dont give a damn about the game. If we're gonna start pointing fingers at the "issue" I could really care less about this guy. I want to edit this to say: now that I've read Ed's reply I think this topic should be removed entirely. Dude's videos got a lot of us through the basics of botting. I found this website through Ed. Not my decision but if the whole accusation is bs...

Trade in smaller amounts over xxx period of time. I personally dont trade more than 50m at once.. but it definitely depends on the account level and f2p vs membs.

If you get "flagged" on f2p you will most likely receive that perm ban. This is just my experience. I've never been temp banned on a f2p account.

I'll tell you this.. many players have been banned for no reason and jagex SUCKS at giving their accounts back. Whatever system they are using is (of course) automated as hell, if it flags you it flags you and that's that. I'm not sure if 15 logins will definitely cause a ban but if their system can pick it up.. it more than likely would cause a ban. What I'm saying is, in my experience, if you fuck up you lose your shit.. but some shit is more obvious fuckups than others. So many people logging in at once every second.. 15 logins over some time might not even show up on the radar.
