Making a 10hp Ironman obby Mauler, so I won’t gain hp whe pking. I plan on getting mithril gloves, halo, and (of course) an obby Maul. Also need to get protect item prayer so I don’t lose my maul, as it will cost me 750k gp to get via buying runes and selling them for tokkul.

I want to preface this: I am not a phisher, and have no plans to. I am just curious about the legal aspect. so, phishing is obviously illegal, but I recently read somewhere that this only applies to bank account theft, and identify theft. Is runescape account phishing illegal? If so, can you point me towards something I can read about it? If not, how would you argue it is not illegal?

Care, @Rumple Is gouging. Made him an offer (which I really low balled) and, coincidentally, he said someone else offered less than me and he tried to drop my price by 10m. I offered his “new” price he set, contingent on him showing me a screenshot of this “other offer”, to which he replied “I’ll just go with the other guy”. Seems sketchy... I know he acted within his rights, but this is something people dealing with him should be made aware of. Set a firm price and don’t budge.
