Been getting into this a lot recently as I'm trying to mix up my strength days with added cardio on the side. Here's a great workout I came across: What One Round Consists Of 45 seconds on 15 seconds rest How to Use Effectively Do 5+ rounds of one particular exercise (Ex. pushups, pullups, burpees) Stay consistent with the reps STAY WITH ONE EXERCISE for all 5+ rounds Example Complete 5+ rounds of your exercise going 45 seconds on 15 seconds off Immediately after completion of the last round rest 15 seconds then switch your exercise Complete 5+ rounds again Repeat for all the exercises your doing
  8. Welcome to the site dude
  9. http://osbot.org/forum/store/product/24-atautobuyer/ It's not hard to go to the store and look.
  10. Interesting read. I find it actually ingenious that instead of charging a rate to even download the script, you simply added an option to buy more features for it if the user desired. OSBot should actually implement something like this themselves due to the amount of scripts that could be considered "not premium worthy" but have that one aspect that they could charge money for.
  11. How did you post this then

Sorry I don't want to pay a ton of money for a pair of headphones that don't even have better sound quality than Bose. Waste of money. Also I have heard of peoples beats headbands snapping so easily and they don't even have it more than 6 months... My replicas have lasted me 2 years and they still play just as good when I got them Very true, but like scrub posted above you can get $1 headphones that give just a little less quality then the $100+ ones.
