10m~ish seems pretty decent. Could be more depending on bond and chin prices.

You can go afk and bot slowly to all stats or you can quest manually to get some stats faster. Other than that, swamp crabs and splashing will be your best bet. Using d bones on the wildy altar for prayer btw.

Most efficient way is go train slayer with cannons balls and burst/barrage most tasks.
