I don't think you can pay with a bank card. You can create a Paypal and link your card to it and pay that way. Otherwise you can buy a $3.49 voucher from somebody in the market and pay with GP.

A PiP just because you speak Dutch isn't that big a deal to me. I can see you asking for a section, but I don't know about the pip. I speak a little of Spanish and Arabic, should I get two pips for those?
