If it isn't serious it shouldn't be in this section. Also, there is no post limit. That would suggest you can't post anymore after you make x amount of posts. It has a post delay, which makes you wait x amount of time before being able to post again, which is forum wide. Although I'm not a big fan of it, I don't care so much. But it does get annoying.

@YinZ, I can tell you don't fully understand the situation, but it's best if you wipe it, regardless of this scam report. You can tweet jagex - fastest way - @JagexSupport to request it be removed. Claim you haven't been on RS3 in a while and forgot it. If you have been on RS3 recently, come up with another excuse to get it removed. Although I know you may mean well, but simply disabling JAG honestly means nothing. It's the same thing, essentially, as having a registered e mail address on the account and giving someone the log in and password while not changing the registered e mail and trying to convince them that the account is safe and secure and that they have the password so nothing can go wrong.
