Use mouse recorder for simple tasks that you can also do with an autoclicker. Just record yourself for x amount of time and play that recording for the amount of time you want. If you want any help I believe @jesenican knows alot about mouse recording

I believe it is local as in residential. If you use a Proxy IP that is based in a datacentre you'll get instantly locked upon completion of tutorial island.
Just buy tutorial ready accounts saves the hassle.

I was wondering what I would be paying for an account that has the rogue's set. I don't really need any levels other than the necessary levels for the Rogue's Minigame.
I know this is a very weird and specific pricecheck, so if you know anyone in the community who's able to provide such accounts I would be glad to hear.

Wow... He was just trying to help you and you practically attacking the guy for it :'). Usually price checks are for accounts that are going to be sold, that's why he misinterpreted your question. The only thing he was trying to say was IF you were selling the account it would be worthless since you have no feedback. Also I believe if you were to buy an account like this you would probably have to go first or use a middleman.
